Shipping policy

At Kavali Luxe Collection, we pride ourself on top quality hair, we also want you to have an amazing shopping experience. Please kindly take the time to read our comprehensive shipping policy to avoid any disappointment.

Processing and delivery

We ship orders using Royal Mail. All orders require mandatory 5 days processing time in addition to our delivery times of 3-5 business days on standard products for UK deliveries.

The delivery method can be chosen at checkout ie 24 hour delivery, 48 hour delivery. Please note your chosen delivery method will be utilised once the processing time has lapsed.

Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will begin automatically and orders cannot be changed or modified.

Fees

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, or an exchange is honoured, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

Tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped.  We advise that all orders are placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
